About The Position

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Client Experience Coordinators. This fully remote role involves assisting clients with planning and coordinating services by working with established vendors and partners. Training is provided, and flexible scheduling is available.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • U.S. or Mexico residency preferred
  • Reliable computer and internet access
  • Strong organization and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand needs, preferences, and timelines
  • Research options and coordinate reservations with approved partners
  • Book and confirm services, schedules, and arrangements
  • Prepare and manage client documentation and confirmations
  • Assist with changes, updates, and client support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and communication notes
