About The Position
We are currently seeking client-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Client Experience Coordinators. In this role, you will work alongside team members to support clients by ensuring clear communication, organized coordination, and a smooth experience from start to finish. You'll play an important role behind the scenes by helping manage client interactions, keeping details organized, and ensuring nothing is missed throughout the process. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in the role.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on track
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Reliable, professional, and consistent with follow-through
- Must have access to a computer and reliable internet
- Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Australia, Spain, or LATAM regions
