We’re hiring Remote Client Account Representatives to meet virtually with individuals and families who are already part of our network. There is no cold calling, prospecting, or door-to-door outreach. Instead, you’ll focus on having thoughtful conversations with people who are seeking guidance on benefit options designed to protect their families.

Requirements

Confident and professional communicator, especially in virtual settings
Motivated by helping others make informed decisions
Organized and comfortable working independently from home
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
Comfortable using Zoom and basic digital platforms
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Equipped with a Windows-based laptop/PC and reliable internet

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual benefit consultations via Zoom with clients nationwide
Listen carefully to understand each client’s needs and priorities
Provide clear, easy-to-understand explanations of available coverage options
Guide clients through the application process with professionalism and care
Offer follow-up support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
Participate in team meetings, skills development sessions, and ongoing training
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strengthen overall client service
