Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
  • Comfortable using technology and working in a remote environment
  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada

  • Customer service or insurance experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients
  • Guide families through policy details, updates, and claims processes
  • Clearly explain benefits so clients fully understand their coverage
  • Work alongside leadership to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support
  • Serve as the primary contact for service-related questions and needs
