Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and follow compliance standards
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
  • Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and achieve performance goals
