Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
Maintain accurate client documentation and follow compliance standards
Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and achieve performance goals
