In this pivotal role, you will support the National Business Insurance Analytics Leader in executing analytics strategies to enhance client retention and drive growth. You will manage a team of analysts, offering expert data analysis that aligns with specific business goals. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the analytics advisory services provided to internal colleagues and clients alike. Your contributions will foster the development of new digital technologies while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in insurance & risk management, actuarial science, business administration, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in property & casualty insurance analytics.
Solid understanding of insurance risk transfer structures, particularly in Property, Casualty, Cyber, and Directors & Officers.
Experience interpreting actuarial methods and statistical modeling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify trends in claims data using various analytical tools to enhance risk management practices.
Support negotiations with insurance underwriters and provide collateral support for clients.
Quantify future loss expectations utilizing actuarial methodologies and statistical modeling.
Advise clients on optimal insurance program options based on benchmarking and loss modeling.
Collaborate with Producers and Account Executives during client meetings to explain analytical results.
Oversee the production of accurate and timely reports and deliverables.
