Role SmarterDx is seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead a team of seasoned Business Analysts that support customer analytics across our suite of solutions. Business Analysts pair with Customer Success Managers to support customers’ reporting requests, diving deeply into customer trends and developing data products that improve customer outcomes and deepen trust. As an Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and process design, while driving reporting capabilities that enable rapid scaling with a positive impact on customer experience and retention. You'll mentor your team, define best practices, and ensure analytics efforts are aligned with Customer Success and strategic objectives across the organization.
