About The Position

As a Remanufacturing Technician II, you will play a crucial role in the process of remanufacturing Coca-Cola coolers and fountain equipment to extend their lifecycle, improving supply chain and reducing environmental impact. As a Technician II, you play a crucial role in the process of remanufacturing beverage equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets or exceeds industry standards. You will be responsible for repairing/replacing parts of the equipment enabling it to operate like new. This position offers excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth. Job Details: Schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm Mon - Thurs (4/10s) Pay: $20.13 - $24.86/HR Job Level: 1

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED) High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Lift up 50lbs repetitively
  • Ability to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools
  • Previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and components is a plus
  • Mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures
  • Willing to follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary repairs or replacements of worn or damaged parts, including the replacement of seals, gaskets, and electrical components
  • Implement strict quality control measures to guarantee the performance and reliability of remanufactured equipment. Use precision instruments to verify accuracy
  • Reassemble fountain beverage equipment, ensuring all parts are correctly aligned, fastened, and sealed. Follow manufacturer guidelines for assembly procedures
  • General bodywork on the equipment, including sanding, masking, and decal application
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and accurately create and complete work orders to support equipment sales
  • Inspect all components for wear, damage, or defects. Conduct tests and diagnostics to identify any issues and document findings
  • Maintain a professional work environment
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
