Salary Range - $55,080 - $81,549 The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location. This position will receive a monthly phone stipend and will be eligible for a yearly bonus when established goals are met. Summary: Directly manage space planning, design, furniture and relocation management activity comprised of durational project work and ongoing program activity

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work independently; excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel on a limited basis
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; at least ten years progressive experience in space planning, workplace design, office move and furniture planning.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be highly proficient in AutoCAD; must have an excellent technology orientation and be proficient in all MS Office modules
  • Must obtain and maintain design license.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage furniture solution opportunities in support of Suddath’s exclusive global furniture relationship
  • Integrate industry best practices into Suddath’s furniture and relocation management process
  • Act as a content expert in project and program related furniture and relocation management
  • Act as a content expert for best practices in workplace design, space, furniture and relocation planning; provide subjective recommendations to client on their analysis.
  • Plan entire move schedule with client, i.e. floor plan, occupancy planning, design floor space for new space and reconfigure existing plans
  • Assist in developing new project and program integrated solutions relationships
