About The Position

The Department of Religious Studies at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Part-Time Lecturer Pool to teach undergraduate courses. This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw on as necessary. Qualified applicants will be contacted when positions are available. APPOINTMENTS FROM THE PART-TIME POOL ARE TEMPORARY AND OFTEN MADE JUST PRIOR TO THE START OF THE ACADEMIC TERM. APPLICANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE ON VERY SHORT NOTICE.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold at least a Master’s degree in Religious Studies or a related field.
• Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students.

Nice To Haves

• Preference will be given to those with experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment.
• Preference will also be given to those with relevant work experience and those who bring professional capabilities.
