Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in plant maintenance or reliability leadership
• Expertise in CMMS systems and maintenance budgeting
• Proven success implementing TPM, RCM, FMEA, and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies
• Experience managing large teams of salaried and hourly employees
• Strong track record in developing and sustaining safety programs

Nice To Haves

• Utilize modern tools for reporting and analysis; experience with 3D printing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Reliability Strategy - Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and manage the maintenance parts budget effectively.
• Plan & Execute Maintenance - Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs using root cause analysis and advanced CMMS tools.
• Champion Safety Excellence - Strengthen site-wide safety programs and set consistent benchmarks for compliance and protection.
• Develop High-Performing Teams - Manage supervisors, skilled trades, and support staff while driving training and capability building.
• Leverage Technology - Utilize modern tools for reporting and analysis; experience with 3D printing is a plus.
