About The Position

Lead the heartbeat of our plant As the Plant Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you will own the health of our facility’s systems—from building utilities to production equipment and the building itself. You’ll direct the maintenance program, coordinate outside contractors as needed, and ensure every action aligns with safety, environmental, scope, cost, training, and quality objectives. If you’re organized, analytical, and skilled at prioritizing and delegating, this role puts you at the center of operational uptime and efficiency. A day in the life Meet with Planners to review and update the maintenance workload and priorities. Drive long-term maintenance and engineering solutions and lead project efforts. Partner with Area Managers to address safety issues and equipment/building needs. Participate in manager, safety, maintenance, and management review meetings. Oversee maintenance/MRO purchasing and conduct employee evaluations. Engage, coordinate, and manage outside contractors and vendors. Collaborate with plant and corporate engineering on short-term projects, machine upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Handle additional assignments that support reliable, efficient operations. Scope & impact You’ll determine when to bring in external service providers and ensure their work meets defined scope, safety, environmental, and performance targets. Your leadership keeps daily operations running effectively and efficiently while positioning the facility for long-term reliability. What you’ll bring Hands-on capabilities with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems. Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC schematics/drawings. Proven leadership; comfortable guiding teams and delegating work. Strength in team-based environments and cross-functional collaboration. Sound business judgment aligned to company goals and operating conditions. Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. PC proficiency with MP2, Excel, Word, Email, and Oracle. Strong analytical, listening, verbal/written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization. 5–8 years of industrial maintenance repair experience. You should be proficient in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Facilities Maintenance Experience
