Responsibilities Lead implementation of reliability concepts including the development of complete asset strategies for equipment and processes, utilizing such tools and methods as; RCA, RCM, PM development, operator basic care, predictive, vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography and other condition monitoring technologies. Act as primary interface with external consultants and contractors engaged in reliability initiatives. Monitor performance against desired results and manage as required. Work with plants on implementation of common reliability metrics & tracking methods. Ensure complete integration of the current continuous improvement activities and reliability practices. Provide assistance and coaching throughout implementation and sustainability phases. Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Provide training and mentoring to personnel across the division. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Education/Experience College degree in engineering, reliability or equivalent professional experience. Advanced degree a plus. Minimum of five (5) years of mechanical maintenance experience. Prefer at least ten (10) years of experience in related job function. Demonstrated and proven success in a Maintenance Department supervisory, leadership role. Comprehend mechanical, electrical and reliability systems in a manufacturing environment.
