Go Rentals – the only Forbes Travel Guide Elite Car Rental Company – is seeking a passionate, driven, and service-obsessed Relationship Manager to lead one of our most prestigious partnerships. The Opportunity As our Relationship Manager, you’ll serve as the strategic leader and primary liaison, ensuring flawless service delivery across Go Rentals locations. You’ll collaborate with executive stakeholders, coordinate multi-site operations, and maintain unmatched service standards for one of our most high-profile clients. Requirements

  • A confident communicator and relationship-builder with 2+ years in operations, client services, or account management – ideally in aviation, luxury hospitality, or travel.
  • A poised professional who shines under pressure, adept at balancing client satisfaction with operational efficiency.
  • A strategic thinker who’s data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of crafting insight-driven solutions.
  • A natural leader with high EQ, team-first values, and a deep commitment to exceptional service.
  • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Willing and able to travel nationwide to drive impact and foster deep, lasting relationships.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, client services, or national account management (Preferably within hospitality, travel, or aviation industries)
  • Ability to manage large-scale, multi-location client operations with consistent outcomes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience presenting to clients and executive stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability - (Especially when working with high-profile clientele)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; (Ability to make sound decisions using data and field intelligence)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, RentWorks, and CRM - (CRM and dashboard reporting tools a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and solid driving record at Go Rentals
  • Ability to travel nationally (25%–35%)
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Lead with Impact: Execute flawless nationwide service delivery aligned to JSX’s elevated expectations and service-level agreements.
  • Own the Relationship: Act as the key liaison to Partners national team – overseeing communication, client satisfaction, and strategic alignment.
  • Drive Performance: Monitor KPIs, manage reporting, and identify optimization opportunities to enhance client outcomes.
  • Train & Elevate: Equip Go Rentals locations with client-specific knowledge, service protocols, and brand alignment.
  • Ensure Compliance: Partner with Safety, Compliance, HR, and Operations to guarantee adherence to all regulatory and client requirements.
  • Be Present: Travel to Go Rentals locations for high-profile events, launches, and audits – reinforcing relationships and operational excellence.
