Position Summary: Role Description: The Relationship Support Manager is part of a team responsible for steering the lifecycle management and performance metrics of portfolios within Core Technology Infrastructure's comprehensive process inventory and ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Process Management and Global Operational and Compliance Risk Management Policies, Standards and Processes. This role is responsible for driving and executing internal control discipline and operational excellence to strengthen oversight and management of process health and controls. Job expectations include participating in all related programs, initiatives, and projects to initiate and meet ongoing transformation and modernization objectives. This function supports the Relationship Manager in overseeing client/stakeholder relationships, monitoring the Intake System to ensure process design/improvement requests are acknowledged, tracked, updated, and fulfilled in the appropriate systems of record and governance channels. This includes preparing materials for monthly process reviews, CTI Divisional Governance, SLT bi – monthly updates and KRR, MBR, and QRR routines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Business Administration degree, Project Management, or a related field (MBA or certifications like PMP, or Six Sigma)
  • 3+ years in relationship management, project management, or process improvement roles
  • Good understanding of the Single Process Inventory (SPI)
  • Familiar with Enterprise Process Management (EPM) Policy
  • Good understanding on SPI construct – Process, Activity, Risk, Control and Metric (PARCM)
  • Working knowledge on setting up a process in Process Owner Portal (POP), aligning activities, review the enterprise risk taxonomies and map to controls
  • Understanding on process and control performance, SPI QA metrics & ORCIT
  • Review the EPM Data Quality (DQ) scorecard for aligned business. Collaborate with stakeholders to remediate the data quality defects
  • Report and pre-empt process, control & metric performance
  • Understanding on Inherent Risk Rating (IRR)

Responsibilities

  • Provide Single Process Inventory (SPI) subject matter expertise to stakeholders
  • Establish and execute formal routines to support the Relationship Manager with ensuring the SLT and process community process needs are met
  • Prepare strategic updates to aligned Senior Executive Leadership, and Process Teams
  • Facilitate engagement with Process Teams and 2nd line risk partners to proactively manage and mitigate risks associated with the assigned process portfolio
  • Identify and execute longer term approach to get off the current intake system (SharePoint) and move toward JIRA or other request/pipeline tool
  • Design target state process inventory dashboards
