The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact between Moneta’s Advisory Teams and the Enterprise Services Team (EST), providing a consistent and accountable channel for service coordination, issue escalation, and cross-functional execution. This role ensures that Advisory Team needs are translated into prioritized EST action and that escalated issues are routed to the appropriate leaders and functional teams for timely resolution. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Relationship Manager supports service consistency, platform adoption, and firm-wide alignment across Moneta’s advisory offices
