About The Position

The Relationship Manager builds and maintains strong partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and referral partners. This role focuses on long-term relationship growth, service advocacy, and brand representation in the local market.

Requirements

• 3+ years in relationship management, account management, or sales
• Strong understanding of real estate, home services, or inspection industries preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through and accountability
• Comfortable with CRM tools and reporting
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with referral partners and industry professionals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner accounts
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to strengthen partnerships
• Promote service offerings and communicate value clearly
• Identify opportunities for account growth and collaboration
• Track relationship activity and maintain detailed CRM records
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities
