Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or sales (healthcare/home care preferred)
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Social media and basic design experience
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral partnerships
- Represent the company at community events and networking activities
- Execute local marketing campaigns (digital, print, and community-based)
- Manage social media and marketing materials
- Track leads, referrals, and campaign performance
- Support client inquiries and caregiver recruitment marketing
