About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated Relationship Manager to grow our client base and build strong relationships with hospitals, senior centers, rehab facilities, and community partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or sales (healthcare/home care preferred)
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Social media and basic design experience
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partnerships
• Represent the company at community events and networking activities
• Execute local marketing campaigns (digital, print, and community-based)
• Manage social media and marketing materials
• Track leads, referrals, and campaign performance
• Support client inquiries and caregiver recruitment marketing
