This role serves as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong relationship management across fund administration engagements. You will act as the primary client advocate, guiding high-value clients through transitions and supporting their goals while identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Embedded within cross-functional teams, you will drive alignment across Fund Administration, Sales, Product, and Delivery, ensuring smooth execution and consistent client experiences. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational oversight, and client-facing leadership, with the ability to influence internal teams and drive adoption of best practices. Requirements

  • 12+ years of fund administration experience in private equity, commercial real estate, or venture capital with a focus on client advocacy and relationship management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and drive revenue growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills with the ability to manage both detailed operations and the bigger picture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
  • Passion for technology and streamlining business operations to improve client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to ensure satisfaction, trust, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Act as the client advocate internally, surfacing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including upsells and incremental revenue streams, in partnership with Sales.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent messaging and execution.
  • Lead client monitoring programs, structured health assessments, and regular business reviews for high-value clients.
  • Support and guide Fund Administration and Delivery teams to maintain service excellence.
  • Manage escalations, coordinate root cause analyses, and implement remediation plans with transparency and accountability.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, representing clients and contributing to thought leadership in private markets.
