Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in fund administration within private equity, commercial real estate, or venture capital.
  • Proven success in senior-level client relationship management, advocacy, and revenue expansion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and influence outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance detailed execution and long-term vision.
  • Comfort operating in high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Advocate for clients internally, ensuring timely issue resolution, alignment, and continuous service improvement.
  • Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities across services, fund vehicles, and legal entities.
  • Partner with sales and internal stakeholders on long-term revenue growth strategies and proposal development.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, presenting performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate communication and execution across product, delivery, customer experience, and operations teams.
  • Oversee structured client health assessments, monitoring programs, and service quality initiatives.
  • Manage escalations, lead remediation plans, and maintain trust through transparent communication.
  • Support internal enablement efforts, providing guidance, training insights, and best practices to delivery teams.
