Requirements

  • 12+ years of fund administration experience in private equity, commercial real estate, or venture capital, with a focus on client advocacy and account expansion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and managing complex client relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to manage both details and overarching objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and sometimes ambiguous startup environment.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow senior-level client relationships, serving as the primary advocate for client needs and ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Drive revenue expansion and identify upsell opportunities across services, fund vehicles, and legal entities.
  • Lead execution of client programs, including monitoring, health assessments, and business reviews, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure unified messaging and smooth project execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal fund administration teams during transitions, escalations, or coverage gaps.
  • Own client escalations, coordinate remediation plans, and reinforce trust through transparent communication.
  • Represent client perspectives in cross-functional discussions, influencing product and operational decisions to enhance client satisfaction.
