About The Position

The Related Services Coordinator oversees the coordination and delivery of school-based related services across the district.This position is responsible for managing Medicaid billing processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission. The coordinator provides leadership and support for vision and hearing impairment services, including evaluation, programming, and service planning. The role requires strong knowledge of school-based therapy service delivery models, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language pathology. The coordinator collaborates with special services staff, monitors service implementation for fidelity, and ensures adherence to federal, state, and district guidelines to support student access and success.
