Learn more at www.CastleBiosciences.com Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a Reimbursement Supervisor working remotely from your USA home-based office, with a start date prior to February 9, 2026. Why Castle Biosciences? The Reimbursement Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for supervising teams that resolve claim errors, prepare custom medical record and appeal submission letters, and support patient billing activities. This role develops, guides, and supports team members through each stage of the revenue cycle while ensuring productivity and quality metrics are achieved. The Reimbursement Supervisor works closely with the Reimbursement Manager to execute strategies that support optimal reimbursement outcomes. This role benefits from experience in revenue cycle management within a molecular diagnostic laboratory setting and will spend the majority of time overseeing day-to-day team operations, monitoring workflows, and troubleshooting issues to ensure timely task completion. Additional responsibilities include working directly with team members to implement effective claim adjudication strategies, providing hands-on training and support to meet or exceed performance standards, reviewing and approving Paid Time Off (PTO) requests while maintaining adequate staffing coverage, and conducting regular one-on-one meetings to reinforce expectations, maintain open communication, and foster a collaborative leadership environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of health insurance billing experience
  • Minimum of five years in a supervisor role
  • Experience collaborating with patients, providers, and insurance plans throughout the revenue cycle.
  • Experience researching and utilizing payor and state websites to obtain content and develop custom reimbursement materials.
