When not actively facilitating training, the RCM Trainer collaborates closely with leadership and subject matter experts to create, update, and refine training materials, curriculum, and standard operating procedures. Daily responsibilities also include assessing learner comprehension, reviewing trainee progress, answering questions, and providing coaching and ongoing support, particularly related to workflow enhancements or system updates. Additionally, the RCM Trainer manages training schedules, completes assigned projects, responds to ad hoc requests, and may travel occasionally for on-site training and team meetings.
