You are a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with strong communication skills and a heart for restorative care. A Day in the Life: Deliver restorative care such as gait training, strengthening, range-of-motion activities, and ADL support Assist with devices including splints, prosthetics, and adaptive equipment Monitor and document resident response to interventions Support resident feeding and toileting programs as directed Collaborate with the Director of Therapy and interdisciplinary team for care planning Lead or assist with group exercise and therapeutic movement activities Transport residents to therapy sessions and maintain a clean, safe treatment area Perform standard CNA duties including hygiene, feeding, and transfer assistance Help maintain therapy documentation and assist with clerical support when needed Qualifications: Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification – Required CPR Certification – Required Experience in restorative care or long-term care – Preferred Ability to observe and document care activities accurately Compassionate, team-oriented, and detail-driven Basic computer skills for electronic charting At Larksfield Place, we don’t just care for our residents—we help them reclaim independence, mobility, and confidence.
