About The Position

Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Job Summary Provide support to the clinical team in order to optimize quality and efficiency of patient care. Accountabilities Assists therapists with patient care by transporting patients, assisting with a patient's personal care needs and monitoring the patient's condition and reporting status to appropriate individual. 25% Prepares the rehab environment for patient care by cleaning and organizing treatment area and stocking area with necessary supplies. 25% Assists therapist with patient transfers, bed positioning and exercise prescription, utilizing safe body mechanics and proper technique as instructed. 20% Functions as a team member who supports and collaborates well with others. Offers assistance to others and communicates effectively the needs or status of patients. 15% Performs clerical duties as assigned. 10% Attends department, team and organization meetings as assigned. 5% Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• No previous experience required
• BLS certification
• Basic computer skills
