About The Position
As a Rehabilitation Aide, you'll play an essential role in supporting both our clinicians and patients. You'll help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment - ensuring each patient's visit runs smoothly from start to finish. Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
- Assist therapists during patient sessions as needed
- Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas and exercise equipment
- Escort patients to and from therapy areas
- Restock supplies and help maintain overall clinic organization
- Provide clerical or administrative support to the clinical team
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
