Job Description: The Rehab Transportation Coordinator is responsible for the safe, timely, and customer‑focused transportation of patients, visitors, and staff across post‑acute care settings, hospital campuses, and designated off‑site locations. This role provides high‑quality, non‑medical support while coordinating transport schedules, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining excellent communication across departments. The Rehab Transportation Coordinator also transports equipment, documents, and supplies essential to post‑acute care operations as needed.
