About The Position

This role is a critical member of the U.S. Regulatory Affairs team, responsible for ensuring compliance with federal postmarket and marketing regulations. You will coordinate submissions, maintain adherence to evolving regulatory requirements, and support cross-functional teams including Marketing, Legal, and Commercial. The position demands precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects under tight timelines. You will assess regulatory risks, provide guidance on compliance, and ensure all filings are accurate and timely. This role offers the opportunity to impact regulatory strategy while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration are key to driving success in this position.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in U.S. Regulatory Affairs, preferably in tobacco, nicotine-containing products, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with FDA and FTC regulations, and knowledge of regulatory marketing compliance standards.
  • Experience coordinating, executing, or reviewing regulatory compliance reporting and submissions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Law degree with 3+ years of relevant experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end preparation, review, and timely submission of federal postmarket regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Regulatory Science, Legal) to ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory obligations.
  • Manage complex regulatory timelines and ensure milestones are met for recurring submissions.
  • Assess and mitigate potential regulatory risks related to marketing, labeling, and operational activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving federal regulations and industry best practices.
  • Support the regulatory team with ad hoc projects and related duties as assigned.
