This role will ensure Berje’s compliance with all Regulatory Standards globally. You will support the preparation, organization, and submission of regulatory documentation related to the approval and compliance of flavor and fragrance products. You will work closely with senior team members and customers to ensure that all regulatory documents meet local and international regulatory standards, ensuring the safe and compliant development of our products for global markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and/or Associates with Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in regulatory/compliance area within the F&F industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate using both written and verbal communication with diverse work groups, including customers and internal Berje employees
  • Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Team oriented, yet able to work independently
  • English language reading, writing, and speaking
  • Computer skills including MS Word & Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze regulatory requirements for specific orders
  • Communication & interpersonal skills for working co-operatively/effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Support all customers, domestically and globally to fulfill customer documentation requests.
  • Work with team members to comply with and notify all necessary parties Regulatory Agency guidance pertaining to specific products.
  • Along with the entire Regulatory team, assist with ourHACCP plan and communicate changes with appropriate parties.
  • Collaborate with all departments to implement best practices and execute corrective actions for deficiencies.
  • Support companywide SQF compliance and Food Safety Manager.
  • Support Customer Care, Sales, and Sample Lab with needed paperwork and related questions
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to acquire necessary documentation from vendors
  • Comply with all relevant SQF procedures and regulations
  • Performs other regulatory duties as assigned.
