Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and monitors master change and communication plans for large departmental or multiyear initiatives and programs. Contributes expertise and leads a business engagement plan, including ways of assessing readiness and feedback. Secures senior management agreement across the department/division. Provides insight into the standard methodologies and common obstacles based on prior organizational change experiences. Serves as a trusted advisor to ensure business transformation and or change initiatives are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions. Communicates business transformation and organizational change status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers. Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups. Proactively identifies, leads, and mitigates risks and any related issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and agreement as appropriate. Develops measurement processes for organizational change success that help business partners do self-assessments based on communicated maturity models. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of five years related work experience. Three years of business transformation and or change management experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and standard processes. Experience navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities with resilience and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to function independently with minimal guidance while simultaneously covering multi-varied project responsibilities.
