About The Position

This role is responsible for greeting and checking in patients, completing the registration process, and ensuring accurate collection of patient information. Responsibilities

Check in patients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.
Register patients and accurately enter patient demographics into the system.
Verify patient or visitor identity by collecting required information and a valid photo ID.
Determine whether patients can pay out-of-pocket fees or require financial assistance.
Clearly explain consent forms and obtain necessary signatures.
Provide admissions paperwork and guide patients through required steps.
Verify insurance coverage and collect any additional documentation needed.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth patient flow and positive experiences.
