Job Description Provides assistance, direction, and information to both fellow JCPRD employees and external customers. Processes transfers, withdraws, and refunds. Provides support to Shawnee Mission School District Aquatic Center manager and Staff. Assists with monthly reports, maintaining and processing required financial documentation, serves as facility registration software expert, and greeting and helping patrons at the welcome desk. Processes accounting transactions involving cash, receipts, invoices, deposits, and other similar items. Provides support to manager and staff for department functions. Prepares standard and customized reports for staff, such as program rosters, registrations, cancellations, and monthly indicators. Maintains and updates files and various databases. Assist with mailings, marketing materials, and other special projects as needed. Strong written and verbal communication, time management skills. Microsoft Office experience. Attention to detail, basic math and keyboarding skills required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must possess the ability to interact professionally with all district staff as well as the public, maintaining positive and cooperative working relationships. Analytical skills, including ability to interpret data, conceptualize, and analyze information. Possess a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.
