About The Position

The Registration Assistant collaborates with and assists the TMC Registration Department in championing the overall guest experience, including coordinating with onsite departments on executing guest experience details.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of Christian camping or other ministry experience, or an equivalent level of experience in an administrative role.
  • Minimum of high-school diploma
  • Administrative and computer skills including Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) and willingness and ability to learn Salesforce and CampHub
  • Agreement and compliance with company Mission, Vision, Values, Staff Handbook, and Doctrinal Statement
  • Valid California Driver’s license
  • Abilities sufficient to carry out the essential functions of the job – to include leaning, bending over, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, squatting, lifting, carrying, holding, and moving heavy objects
  • Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift, hold, carry a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Godly, Christian character, integrity, and adaptability
  • Excellent people skills: positive attitude, friendly personality, able to successfully manage difficult, negative, or high-stress situations with grace and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinated calls with guest group leaders to review conference information (CIS) prior to arrival.
  • Assists in collecting, organizing, and maintaining required event details and documentation to support effective planning.
  • Assist registrars with reviewing CampHub forms, collecting final numbers, and providing onsite teams with accurate details with thorough and strong communication.
  • Participates in the weekly CIS meeting
  • Maintains accurate and organized CRM records to support reporting, planning, and future rebooking efforts.
  • Assists in guest check-ins on camp property, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager
