Registrars are the first point of contact with the patients of Access Community Health Centers. Assisting patients via phone or in clinics. Registrars will work effectively to resolve patient issues, register and schedule appointments, enter and verify patient demographics and insurance information, route messages to clinic staff, and support department and interdepartmental workflow as needed. Individuals must ensure consistent processes while delivering great experiences through compassionate interactions. Extensive knowledge of Access Community Health Centers is required to better address patient concerns, questions and course of action. Outstanding customer service, compassion and empathy are critical in this role. The work location and hours of this role will be determined in the final stages of the hiring process.
