About The Position

The Registrar/FTE Clerk will be responsible for ensuring all student data is entered accurately and timely. This position is responsible for keeping accurate records for the bi-annual government funding (FTE) reports. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years School Secretary experience

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer experience working as a School Registrar or Attendance Clerk
  • Previous experience working with FOCUS/Skyward or similar Student Database System

Responsibilities

  • Enters student data such as demographics, immunizations, scheduling, and teacher information into Skyward/FTE reporting system.
  • Assists with FTE process; consults FTE manual and applies policies and procedures; analyzes, evaluates, and edits FTE reports.
  • Assist with communication to parents regarding immunizations, address verification; and other registration required information.
  • Supports campus staff with the student CUM files to ensure correct format/information is maintained.
  • Enter attendance data and monitors/track attendance records to determine if a pattern of poor attendance exists and notifies the Principal.
  • Prepares FTE reports accounting for every student and their schedule and closely monitors ESOL and ESE student schedules. This may involve distributing printouts to and from teachers and administrators to keep computer files accurate for FTE.
