VCA Animal Clinic of Parker is currently seeking a full time Registered Veterinary Technician Supervisor to work at our general practice in Parker, CO. You will be supporting our leadership team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our patients and clients. In addition, you will help direct and grow our team of veterinary technicians while enjoying exposure to a diverse and stimulating caseload. Day to day responsibilities of the technician supervisor include: overseeing the technicians and assistants, staff scheduling, hiring and training of new employees, collaborating with the doctors, establishing the daily schedule, working to develop protocols to continually improve the quality of medicine. The individual in this role will also work closely with the Hospital Manager and Medical Director.
