About The Position

Registered Respiratory Therapist II – Advance Your Career with Johns Hopkins Medicine. Under general supervision, you will assess and recommend treatments for patients with cardiopulmonary conditions, using your expertise to administer advanced respiratory therapies. Requirements

• A minimum of two years of critical care experience is required.
• Documented proof/demonstration of all activities required of an RRT II.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Required
• Maryland State License to Practice Respiratory Care – Required
• BLS – Required
• Competence in operating and maintaining departmental ventilators, high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV), aerosolized medication systems, oxygen and compressed gas systems, nitric oxide administration systems, bronchopulmonary hygiene equipment, and devices used in the care of artificial and natural airways.

• NBRC Adult Critical Care Specialty (ACCS) – Preferred

Responsibilities
