We are a 23-year established insurance and fiduciary-based financial services firm preparing for a planned leadership transition. Our current financial services leader — a proven and respected producer — will retire in approximately 17–18 months. We are seeking the right professional to apprentice under her, learn our systems and philosophy, and then assume leadership of the division. This is a succession opportunity inside a stable and growing organization. You will not be asked to build from scratch. You will not be required to travel. You will inherit opportunity — and be expected to elevate it.
