Requirements

For our FULLY REMOTE position, you must have at least 6 months of in-office State Farm agency experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
Ability to multi-task
Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain in GA)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain in GA)

Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
