Manuel Torres State Farm in Waukegan, IL is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representative who’s ready to build relationships, help customers, and grow their income potential. What You’ll Do Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate State Farm insurance products and services. Build lasting relationships with clients while helping them protect what matters most. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where success is celebrated. Receive hands-on training and coaching from an established, experienced agent. We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member. Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Must be fluent in both languages.
- Sales-driven, money-motivated , and energetic personality.
- Coachable and driven to succeed, with a strong desire for professional growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person!
