About The Position

This ICU RN position provides comprehensive critical care within an acute hospital setting. The RN is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using age-specific criteria and evidence-based practice. The role includes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and supervision of LPNs, PCTs, and unit staff. Immediate open-heart recovery experience is preferred. The RN must be flexible to float to all units within skill level. No call required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Active Ohio or Compact RN license required at submission (verified via Nursys)
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Active NIHSS certification required
• Complete work history and updated ICU skills checklist required at submission

Nice To Haves

• TNCC highly preferred
