About The Position

Operating Room RN position with rotating 10-hour day/evening shifts for a 16–32 week assignment. Typical schedule includes three primary day shifts plus one off-shift rotation (8:45a–7:15p, 10:45a–9:15p, or 12:45p–11:15p). Weekly call includes one weekday call and one 24-hour call per four-week block. RN must be flexible to meet unit and patient care needs. Role is within a high-volume, large trauma Level I facility. No routine floating required. Bi-weekly Monday orientations provided.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required.
• Prior travel experience required.
• Must have experience in a large (500+ bed) Level I trauma facility.
• BLS certification required.
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years is mandatory and nonnegotiable.
• Circulate and scrub skills checklists must be included at submission.
• RN must be able to scrub all specialties except CVOR, including general, GU, GYN, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, laparoscopic, trauma, thoracic, and vascular cases.
• Complete work history and explanation of employment gaps over 90 days required.
