About The Position

The Dialysis Center of Lincoln is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Dialysis Team providing life‑sustaining treatments to hospitalized patients. No dialysis experience required — new grads welcome! We provide 12 weeks of paid training (classroom + hands‑on). We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing meaningful work and doing it well. Requirements

• Current RN license (Nebraska or compact state)
• BLS/CPR required
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide acute dialysis treatments (hemodialysis, CRRT, plasmapheresis)
• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Operate dialysis equipment and respond to alarms/emergencies
• Collaborate with hospital staff and providers
• Document care and ensure infection control and patient safety
• Delegate and support Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
