About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Telemetry 4 General Location: Forsyth Medical Center - Winston-Salem, NC Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Full-Time Sign-on Bonus: Up to $30,000 Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500 About the Unit: 4 General Telemetry is a dynamic 41-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit dedicated to providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population. Our patients typically have an average length of stay of 7-10 days. We maintain a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio and foster a strong culture of collaboration and shared decision-making through our Unit Shared Governance Committee. You'll be supported by an ADT nurse, additional support staff, and a leadership team committed to your success. If you're looking for a unit with a diverse patient population, excellent teamwork, and professional growth, 4 General Telemetry is the place for you. 25 What You'll Do The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death. The Registered Nurse utilizes best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the patient in navigating their health journey. The Registered Nurse accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with the current policies and procedures. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
