About The Position
Lutheran Services Carolinas (LSC) is a nonprofit organization providing high-quality Senior Services across North Carolina. The Trinity Support Team (TST) is LSC’s internal travel staffing team, created to support their senior living communities by providing reliable, compassionate nursing staff where coverage is needed most. This Registered Nurse (RN) role involves traveling to various LSC communities across North Carolina to fill shifts. The primary purpose of the RN is to provide nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of attending physicians, the Director of Nursing Services, and the Medical Director. The role emphasizes clinical oversight, medication administration, and treatments, while assisting in modifying care plans to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents in accordance with established medical practices, state requirements, and LSC policies and goals. This position offers flexibility, premium pay, and the opportunity to support multiple communities as part of a mission-driven nonprofit, serving as an alternative to agency travel nursing while staying internal to LSC.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of North Carolina
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to various LSC senior living communities

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the attending physicians, Director of Nursing Services, and Medical Director
- Provide clinical oversight
- Administer medication

- Assist in modifying care plans to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents in accordance with established medical practices, state requirements, and LSC policies and goals
