About The Position
The Trinity Support Team (TST) is Lutheran Services Carolinas' (LSC) internal travel staffing team, dedicated to supporting their senior living communities by providing reliable, compassionate nursing staff where coverage is needed most. LSC is a nonprofit organization committed to providing high-quality Senior Services across North Carolina, focusing on person-centered care that promotes dignity, well-being, and abundant living for older adults. The organization values compassion, integrity, excellence, collaboration, and respect, fostering a supportive environment for its teammates. This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to travel and help fill shifts throughout LSC's North Carolina communities, offering variety in the work environment and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to various LSC senior living communities
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the attending physicians, Director of Nursing Services, and Medical Director
- Emphasize medication administration and treatments
- Assist in modifying treatment plans to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents in accordance with established medical practices, state requirements, and LSC policies and goals
