The Registered Nurse (RN) is central to ProMedica’s patient care team, delivering patient-centered care with sensitivity and respect for diverse human experiences. ProMedica nurses are committed to improving health outcomes for patients and communities. As a coordinator of patient care, the RN will engage with patients, families, and the healthcare team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making. Responsibilities include assessing and formulating nursing diagnoses, and planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans. This role involves collaborative work with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals, ultimately striving to improve patient care, the work environment, and patient and staff satisfaction.
