This Resource Pool model aims to foster staff development, enhance patient care, and address staffing needs across hospitals. The Registered Nurse (RN) is central to ProMedica’s patient care team, delivering patient-centered care with sensitivity and respect for diverse human experiences, and is committed to improving health outcomes for patients and communities. As the coordinator of a patient’s care plan, the RN will engage with patients, families, and the healthcare team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making. The role involves assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses, and planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans. RNs will collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve patient care goals and work towards improving patient care, the work environment, and patient and staff satisfaction.
